- Disney has strong protocols in place to avoid cross-contact, but it’s never 100% guaranteed. There are not separate allergy-friendly kitchens.
- Allergy Advisory Statements (such as “may contain” or “shared equipment” or “same facility”) are not regulated and are not factored into the allergens in a dish.
- ALWAYS inform your server of any allergies, speak to an allergy coordinator (at quick service restaurants), speak to the chefs making your food when possible (table service restaurants are great with this), and check the allergy binders where available for your allergens.

My Thoughts
Guests with milk allergies are going to have the hardest time here when it comes to the Top 9. Still, there is at least one option for guests with a milk allergy in each category. Guests with allergies to sesame, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts seem to fare the best here, with the main exception being desserts. Kids who are free from all of the Top 9 have options here too, which is great. Guests who are both gluten and dairy free will have a little more trouble ordering off the adult menu here, but modifications are likely possible here. There are no listed plant-based options, but if you’re looking to go for a vegan meal, my best guesses for you would be the Wild Mushrooms Arancini first course, House Made Rigatoni entree, Smoked Cauliflower enhancement, and Apple Rose dessert. Of course, always check with the chef if you have special dietary needs.
